Doug Jone’s Mental Magic
class is truly magical. It has changed my way of
thinking, doing things and my life. While there is
always room to learn and grow, I still have come a long
way in the last 4-5yrs I have become conscious/aware of
the negative and learnt to knip it in the bud. Sure,
there are days when I feel things need a change, but now
instead of stewing over thing that upset me and bring

classes before and while each and everyone of them were
